How to Activate Travel Monster Pro License

Activate your Travel Monster Pro license key to unlock automatic plugin updates, new features, bug fixes, and priority support from our team.

Why activate your license key

Activating your Travel Monster Pro license key unlocks automatic updates and faster help from our support team.

Updates fix bugs, improve security, resolve compatibility problems, and add features that can help you manage your tour website.

Think of license activation as registering a product you bought. Until you register it, the manufacturer cannot send you updates or help when something goes wrong.

Before you begin

You will need your Travel Monster Pro license key. You can find it in your purchase receipt email or by logging in to your WP Travel Engine account.

Activate your license key

Open the License tab

Your WordPress dashboard is the admin area of your website. You will use it to manage your tour pages and settings.

Opening the license settings takes you to the place where Travel Monster Pro stores its license information.

In your WordPress dashboard, look at the left sidebar. Click Appearance, then click Travel Monster, and then click License.

Enter your license key

Adding your key connects your website to your Travel Monster Pro purchase. This allows the website to check for updates and support access.

On the right side of the screen, find the box for your license key. Paste the key from your purchase receipt email into the box. Then click Save Changes.

Activate the license

Activation finishes the connection between your website and your Travel Monster Pro purchase.

Click Activate License. You should see a confirmation message when the process is complete.

That is it. Your license is now active, and you will receive plugin updates automatically from now on.

If your license won't activate

A firewall protects WP Travel Engine's license servers from automated bots. Sometimes, the firewall can block your website even when you have done nothing wrong.

An IP address is a string of numbers that identifies your website on the internet. The firewall blocks IP addresses reported in the AbuseIPDB database.

For example, your tour website may use shared hosting. This means other websites live on the same server as yours. If one of those websites was flagged for sending spam, your website might share the same IP address and get caught by the firewall too.

You can check your website's IP address before contacting support.

Find your website's IP address with NSLookup.io. Enter your website's domain name, and the tool will show you the IP address.

If your IP address is blocked, contact the WP Travel Engine support team. Include the email address you used for your purchase and the URL of the website where you are trying to activate the license.
