How to Cancel the Subscription for Your Purchase
Cancel your WP Travel Engine subscription in a few minutes from your account page, without waiting on support.
Before you start
You can cancel your WP Travel Engine subscription yourself. There's no need to call or email anyone. You can do it right from your account on the WP Travel Engine website.
Make sure you log in with the same email you used when purchasing the plugin. If you have more than one email address, try the one that received your purchase confirmation.
Cancel your subscription
What you'll need before you start: the email address and password for your WP Travel Engine account.
This takes about two minutes. Once you're done, you won't be charged again on your next renewal date.
Go to your account page
Open the My Account page on the WP Travel Engine website. This is where you manage everything you've bought from WP Travel Engine, including your plugin licenses, downloads, and subscriptions.
Log in
Type in the email and password you used when you bought the plugin. If you've forgotten your password, click the Lost Password link on the login page and follow the prompts to reset it. You'll get an email with a link to set a new one.
Open the Subscription tab
After logging in, you'll see your account dashboard. At the top of the page, click the Subscription tab. This is where all your active subscriptions are listed. For example, your yearly renewal for WP Travel Engine Pro or any add-on you signed up for will show up here.
Cancel the subscription
Find the subscription you want to end and click Cancel next to it. A confirmation message will appear letting you know the cancellation went through. Take a moment to read it so you know when your access will end.
Canceling stops future renewal charges. It doesn't necessarily revoke your access right away. You'll still have access until your current billing period ends. Check your confirmation details after canceling to see the exact date your access expires.
