Automate WP Travel Engine workflows with FlowMattic
FlowMattic is a WordPress automation plugin that connects WP Travel Engine with more than 900 apps, including CRMs, email marketing tools, Google Sheets, Slack, payment platforms, and AI tools.
Build workflows with a visual no-code builder and run them on your own WordPress site. FlowMattic includes unlimited workflow runs for a flat price, with no per-task fees.
With the WP Travel Engine integration, workflows can start when events occur on your travel site. Actions can read or update trips, bookings, customers, payments, enquiries, and coupons.

Set up a FlowMattic workflow
Create a workflow
In your WordPress dashboard, go to FlowMattic > Workflows and click New Workflow.
Choose WP Travel Engine as the trigger app, then select an event such as Booking Created.
Capture trigger data
Create a test booking or use a recent booking. Capture the trigger data to inspect the booking fields that WP Travel Engine sends to FlowMattic.
Add an action
Add an action step and select a destination app, such as Google Sheets, a CRM, or Slack. Connect the destination account, then map the traveller name, email, trip, dates, and amount to the fields used by the destination app.
Test and activate the workflow
Test the workflow to confirm that the trigger data and mapped fields work as expected. Save the workflow, then turn it on.
