After creating any new Destination/Activities/Trip Type, you need to make sure that you have at least one trip assigned to that Destination/Activities/Trip Type for them to be displayed on the template pages.
For that, you can just edit the trip and assign the destination.
You can also check the total trip from the Count column via Dashboard > Trips > Destinations.
The same process/concept is applied for Activities and Trip Types as well.
