Once you’ve purchased a WP Travel Engine premium addon package, WP Travel Engine Pro enables you to quickly activate licenses and install all the necessary premium addons directly from your WordPress dashboard—saving time and effort.

Step-by-Step Documentation #

1. Download WP Travel Engine Pro #

After purchasing any WP Travel Engine premium addon package:

  1. Log in to your WP Travel Engine account using the credentials you used during the purchase. Here is the login link: https://wptravelengine.com/my-account/

  2. Once you are logged in, simply visit the sales page of WP Travel Engine Pro extension and download it. Here is the link to the WP Travel Engine Pro extension’s sales page: https://wptravelengine.com/plugins/wptravelengine-pro/

  3. Download the WP Travel Engine Pro plugin to your local computer.

2. Install and Activate WP Travel Engine Pro #

  1. Log in to your WordPress Admin Dashboard.
  2. Navigate to Plugins > Add New Plugin > Upload Plugin.
  3. Click on “Choose File” and select the downloaded WP Travel Engine Pro plugin (wptravelengine-pro.zip).
  4. Click “Install Now” and wait for the installation to complete.
  5. Once installed, click “Activate Plugin” to enable WP Travel Engine Pro on your site.

3. Navigate to the Plugin License Section #

Once activated, follow these steps to access the license activation and addon installation options:

  1. Go to Admin Dashboard > WP Travel Engine > Plugin License.
  2. Here, you will see a list of all available premium addons.

4. Retrieve Your License Key #

  • The license key is provided when you purchase the premium addon package.
  • To access the license key:
    • Log in to your WP Travel Engine Account.
    • Navigate to License Key History tab under your profile section and copy the license key.

5. Activate the License for Addons #

  1. In the Plugin License page of your WordPress dashboard, locate the field next to the addon you want to activate.
  2. Paste the license key into the field.
  3. Click “Activate.”
  4. If the license key is valid and hasn’t expired, you will see a confirmation message indicating that the license is successfully activated.

Note: The same license key can be used to activate all the premium addons included in your package.

6. Install and Activate Addons #

Once the license is activated, follow these steps to install and activate each addon:

  1. Click on “Install Now” next to the desired addon.
  2. Once installed, click on “Activate” to enable the addon on your site.
  3. Repeat this process for all the addons you want to use.

7. Managing and Monitoring License Status #

  • You can always check the status of your activated licenses via Admin Dashboard > WP Travel Engine > Plugin License.
  • If a license expires or isn’t activated, the corresponding addon will be disabled automatically, and its functionality will be restricted until the license is renewed or activated. If any addon’s functionality gets disabled due to the inactive or expired license, you will get the notification about it at the top.

8. Troubleshooting License Activation Issues #

If your license is not getting activated despite having a valid license key, then it is possible that our firewall system is blocking your IP for security reasons.
