Add Webhooks in WP Travel Engine #

  1. Navigate to WP Travel Engine → Settings → Extensions → Zapier Integration.
  2. Automation for Booking: Enable the toggle to automatically trigger booking zaps when a new booking is created.
  3. Automation for Enquiries: Enable the toggle to automatically trigger enquiry zaps when a new enquiry is created.
  4. Enter the name and webhook URLs for zaps used for bookings. Once you save the settings, click the tick mark to trigger the webhook.

Create a Zap in Zapier #

  1. Log in to your Zapier account.
  2. Click Create Zap.
  3. Choose Webhooks by Zapier as the Trigger App.
  4. Select the Trigger Event: Catch Hook.
  5. Zapier will generate a unique webhook URL.
  6. Copy the webhook URL and paste it into WP Travel Engine’s Zapier settings (as above).
  7. Submit a test booking or enquiry form on your website.
  8. Return to Zapier and click Test Trigger to verify the data is received correctly.
