License Key Shows Expired But Still Has Valid Time

Fix a license key that incorrectly shows expired after renewal by deactivating and reactivating it in WP Travel Engine.

Fix an expired license status

Deactivate and reactivate the license key to refresh its status when WP Travel Engine shows it as expired even though time remains. This usually happens when you renew a license after it has expired and the system has not updated the status yet.

Check your license status

Before changing the license in WordPress, confirm that the license still has time remaining. Log in to your WP Travel Engine account and open the License Key History tab. The tab shows the license key's actual expiry status.

Deactivate and reactivate the license

After confirming that the license is still valid, refresh its status from your WordPress dashboard.

Open the Plugin License page

Go to WP Travel Engine > Plugin License in your WordPress dashboard.

Deactivate the license key

Find the relevant add-on and click Deactivate next to its license key.

Reactivate the license key

Paste the license key again and click Activate.

Confirm the license status

Check that the license status now shows Active. The related add-on features should be available again.

This fix works only when the system allows you to deactivate the license key. If the system prevents deactivation because the license must remain active, skip this process and contact support.

If deactivating and reactivating the license does not resolve the issue, contact the WP Travel Engine support team.
